Their friends, astounded by the serendipitous connection, played matchmakers, and soon, Daryn and Tonya’s casual college dates turned into a deep, enduring relationship. As the year 1999 marked the beginning of their romance, it was Tonya’s spiritual awakening in 2001 that truly cemented their bond. The following year, they sealed their love with vows, and their family grew with the births of Deuce in 2003 and Micah in 2005.
